REGISTRATION 

1. Go to Sign Up Now

2. Choose Loan Officer or Agent

3. Agents Use your MLS access or ID.

4. You will receive a verification by email.

PRODUCT OPTIONS 

Hey Valuetest! Smart Research Sign Up 

1. Once logged in, click on the Hey Valuetest! Vertical tab on right side of interface. Smart Research Reports can be foundon the dashboard.

2. Enable microphone, request a value on an address or type it in

3. Click on to the report tile or answer yes

4. On first use, you will be asked to verify your phone number and receive a verification code.

5. Agents: you can create a signature and personalize

6. Loan Officers: your NMLS ID is optional

Report Instructions 

• Starting value is our AVM option scroll down to see subject details, initial search results, and market trends. Enhance visuals, edit and share report icons are available there.

• Pencil icon enables custom search you can draw polygons, adjust radius and apply your own filters.

• Click on the comps you wish to use. Notice, the model value changes with each comp selection. View final modified comp selection where initial/modified search indicates.

• Further refinement can be made under make adjustments.

• You can select starting value modeled value or your ownvalue estimate for your report

• Print pdf button or share link

Valuetest.ai for Agents 

1. Same sign in as above

2. Hit New Valuetest button

3. Enter Property address

4. Click Tile

5. Double check property characteristics and edit if needed

6. Enter a value you would like to test (Zillow, List Price, Etc)

7. For more data, hit Expand Search

Compcheck.ai for Loan Officers and Agents
